How It Works 

No entry fees, no paid categories, no sponsor influence. Here is the process from nomination to trophy. 

• 1. Nominate. Nominations are open now across all twenty two categories. Anyone can nominate, including self-nominations, and it takes five minutes. 

• 2. We do the legwork. Our team contacts every nominated organisation for supporting information. Nobody needs to write a forty page entry document; we ask for what the judges need and nothing more. 

• 3. Shortlists announced. Shortlists are published on Asset Owner Network in the autumn. Every shortlisted asset owner is invited to the ceremony as our guest. 

• 4. Independent judging. An independent panel of senior industry figures judges every category. Sponsors have no role in judging and no visibility of deliberations. 

• 5. Winners on the night. Winners are announced live at the ceremony on Thursday 26 November 2026. No leaks, no embargoed press releases, one room finding out together.
